How do I use Sure Sinus?
Take one capsule from freezer vial, replace vial of capsules to freezer and keep frozen. Open the capsule and pour the probiotic powder into the water in the glass bottle and screw on sprayer cap. Shake gently and wait 10- 15 minutes before use. Apply 4-7 sprays for adults (children 2-5 sprays), into each nostril while lightly sniffing.
